By using this website, booking a session, or purchasing products or services from Brown Bunny Photography, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Studio Information

Brown Bunny Photography is a luxury childhood and family photography studio serving Nashville and the Greater Middle Tennessee area.

Throughout this document, “Studio,” “Photographer,” “we,” and “our” refer to Brown Bunny Photography.

Booking & Session Fees

A signed agreement and paid session fee are required to reserve a session date.

Session fees are non-refundable and cover the photographer’s time, creative planning, preparation, session experience, and editing process. Products and digital images are purchased separately unless otherwise stated.

Dates are not guaranteed until payment and completed booking paperwork are received.

Rescheduling

The Studio understands that life with children can be unpredictable.

Clients may request to reschedule due to illness, emergencies, or severe weather. Whenever possible, reasonable accommodations will be made to transfer the session to a new date.

Repeated rescheduling requests may require a new session fee at the Studio’s discretion.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may reduce available shooting time in order to honor other scheduled clients.

If a client arrives excessively late, the session may need to be rescheduled and may incur additional fees.

Client Cooperation

Brown Bunny Photography specializes in creating relaxed, child-centered sessions. However, the final outcome of any session depends on many factors including cooperation from children, weather, lighting conditions, and timing.

The Photographer cannot guarantee specific poses, expressions, or outcomes.

Artistic Style

Clients acknowledge that they are familiar with the artistic style and editing approach of Brown Bunny Photography and are hiring the Studio based on that style.

Final images are delivered at the Photographer’s artistic discretion. RAW/unedited files are never provided.

Image Selection & Editing

The Photographer selects the best images from the session for final presentation.

Basic retouching is included. Extensive retouching requests beyond the Studio’s standard editing style may incur additional fees.

Copyright & Usage

All photographs created by Brown Bunny Photography remain the copyrighted property of the Photographer under United States copyright law.

Clients may print and share purchased digital images for personal use only.

Clients may not:

Edit or alter images
Apply filters or presets
Sell images
Submit images for commercial publication without written permission
Screenshot watermarked proofs

Commercial usage requires separate written licensing approval.

Social Media Sharing

Brown Bunny Photography loves seeing families share their artwork online. When sharing images, clients agree not to crop out watermarks or apply additional edits or filters that alter the Studio’s work.

Credit to Brown Bunny Photography is always appreciated.

Product Orders

All artwork, albums, prints, and custom products are made to order.

Due to the custom nature of photographic products, all sales are final once orders are placed.

Clients are responsible for reviewing order selections carefully before approval.

Color & Product Variations

Every effort is made to ensure accurate color representation. However, slight differences may occur between screens, print labs, and final products.

Handmade and archival products may contain slight natural variations that contribute to their unique character.

Archival Storage

Brown Bunny Photography makes reasonable efforts to archive client images. However, long-term storage is not guaranteed indefinitely.

Clients are strongly encouraged to back up purchased digital files immediately upon delivery.

Website Use

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and branding — is the property of Brown Bunny Photography and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

In the unlikely event of circumstances beyond the Studio’s control — including illness, emergency, equipment failure, severe weather, natural disaster, or other unforeseen events — liability is limited to the return of monies paid.

Brown Bunny Photography is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party vendors, shipping carriers, print labs, or technology providers.

Privacy

Use of this website and services is also governed by the Brown Bunny Photography Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

Brown Bunny Photography reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on the website.
