The Process after Booking

• We are full service, so we can provide hair and makeup, clothes for you and clothes for your child.  I hold your hand every step of the way and take care of providing prints and products so you don't have to worry about it.
• I only sell the highest quality products.  You are buying products to share with your grandchildren.
• We limit the number of clients that we take so that you are our priority.
• Most clients invest between $2000 and $3000, but we are happy to discuss financial constraints to see what we can provide that will bring you joy.

The process:

• Click on the Book Now button and follow the steps through the booking process.  For newborn sessions, click the date nearest your due date.  You are actually reserving a spot in the month, not a specific date.  We know that babies have a timeline of their own.
• Once you have secured a booked spot, we will reach out to schedule either an in person design consultation or on online design worksheet.
• We will bring everything you need to your session and will have a blast!
• Post session, I will come to you for your reveal and sales consultation.  I will help you through the selection process.
• Once your heirloom products arrive from the lab, I will bring them back to your house for white glove delivery.

Once the retainer has been paid, you will have the option to insert your due date/ideal date into the booking questionnaire.  I primarily shoot on Saturdays and Sundays, with the occasional Wednesday also available.

Maternity and Milestone sessions generally last about an hour.  Newborn session can take up to four hours depending on baby's happiness and needs.  

You need to bring yourself and your baby.  We can provide clothes for mom for both maternity and newborn sessions.  We will provide everything that baby needs.  Our base outfit required for fathers is a solid black tee shirt for both maternity and newborn sessions.  Beyond that, dad is welcome to get fancy!

For Milestone sessions, we will coordinate in advance about clothing for your child.  If you wish to be included in the Milestone sessions as well, you will need to provide your clothing.

The day of your session we will schedule your reveal day.  The reveal is done within the next week or two and can happen at your home or at a coffee shop near you.  At that reveal session you will be shown your soft proofed gallery and will make your final selections.  This is your sales day and you will be making final decisions about what you wish to purchase.  All decision makers need to be present for reveal day.  

I do!  I have assembled several packages based on how people have purchased in the past.  I also offer digital packages and an a la carte menu.  

Part of my service is that I will sit with you for as long as it takes to help you decide what will best serve your family.  This is a generational purchase, so we will take the time you need at the reveal session to make sure everything is exactly right.

A gifted session will include a credit for our base session.  That balance can be applied towards the retainer and towards purchases during the reveal and purchasing session.

The receiver of a gift certificate will still need to go through our booking process to get on our calendar.  They would need to send me an email so that I can send them the appropriate links.
